Job summary

Jet Access, a private aviation company in Indiana, is hiring a Line Service Technician at our Zionsville FBO. You will support ground operations, fuel handling, marshalling, towing, and client service for private aircraft, while upholding safety and efficiency on every shift.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication skills. You’ll join a tight-knit team with competitive wages and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Proficient with computers, email, and POS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must align with Jet Access core values, especially safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground handling and safety procedures on ramp.
• Marshal, tow, fuel aircraft as directed.
• Provide concierge-level service to pilots, passengers, and aircraft owners.
• Operate POS systems and document transactions.
• Maintain clean ramp and hangar areas.
• Report safety issues and follow procedures.
