St.-Joseph’s Home Health is seeking an In-Home Personal Caregiver to support clients in their own homes in Midland, TX. The role focuses on daily living assistance, companionship, and promoting independence while ensuring safety and well‑being.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and monitoring health changes with documentation for supervisors. CPR/First Aid are a plus, but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus, but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

• Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs, such as running errands or accompanying them to appointments.
