St. Joseph's Home Health, Inc. seeks an attentive caregiver to provide in-home assistance to elderly patients or those recovering from surgery in a one-on-one setting. The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and quality daily living support.

You will help with hygiene, mobility, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed. Flexibility to work nights or weekends is required, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly or recovering patients, attending to showering, dressing and eating.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist with mobility around the house or to appointments.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Complete client shopping or accompany them to shops.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Report unusual incidents and act quickly in emergencies.
• Assist with daily living activities including meals and related tasks.
