Job summary

Nanit is seeking a privacy and security leader to build and operate our privacy and security program across the product and engineering teams. You will report directly to the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and collaborate with Legal, Product and Engineering to embed privacy-by-design and security-by-design principles into new features and processes.

You will manage risk assessments, vendor due diligence, and regulatory monitoring while guiding a fast-moving, growth-oriented organization

Qualifications

• 5+ years in privacy program management or related compliance.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, or NIST CSF.
• Knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, COPPA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and implement Nanit's privacy and security policies, standards and processes.
• Conduct privacy and security risk assessments, audits and gap analyses; drive remediation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess AI-related privacy, security and compliance risks.
• Manage third-party/vendor risk management program; due diligence and contract review support.
• Embed privacy-by-design and security-by-design into features; data mapping and PIAs/DPIAs.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise leadership on impact and required action.
• Lead responses to security and privacy inquiries from customers, partners and regulators.
• Support incident response efforts and document remediation progress.
• Develop privacy and security metrics, dashboards and reporting for senior management and board.
• Design and deliver company-wide training on privacy, data security and compliance.
