About the Role

This group defends major companies in high-stakes privacy and data security class actions, regulatory investigations, and enforcement matters. Attorneys work with cutting‑edge issues in consumer data, cybersecurity incidents, state and federal privacy laws, and emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Work on privacy and data breach class actions
• Assist with regulatory investigations involving state and federal agencies
• Draft motions, briefs, research memoranda, and discovery responses
• Analyze complex legal issues and present clear recommendations
• Manage key components of cases, including strategy and execution
