Job summary

Seneca Resources seeks a detail-oriented Privacy Incident Analyst to support privacy incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation in a financial services environment. This hybrid role spans Scottsdale, AZ; Malvern, PA; and Charlotte, NC, with a contract-to-hire path and a pay rate of $30–$35 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of privacy or compliance experience, active Series 7/63 licenses, and SIE certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in data privacy, compliance, risk management, or related fields.
• Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are mandatory for submission.
• SIE certification is included in the role's licensing profile; confirm whether mandatory or preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to prepare professional incident correspondence.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to identify control gaps, evaluate risk, and support corrective actions.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Privacy incident investigation, review, and resolution following established procedures.
• Escalate complex or high-risk incidents to appropriate stakeholders.
• Obtain approvals for corrective actions and document investigations.
• Prepare professional privacy incident correspondence and respond to inquiries.
• Support risk assessment, control improvements, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage special privacy projects.
