Job summary

Allen Media Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Privacy) to translate regulatory requirements into concrete product specs, system architecture, and engineering roadmaps. You will bridge Legal/Privacy and Engineering across streaming, subscription, and ad-supported video services.

You will own privacy-focused tech delivery, manage consent infrastructures, and drive testing automation alongside data, ad tech, and product teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
6+ years in technical product management, with 3+ years on data privacy or governance.
Experience translating legal requirements into engineering specs and shipped product.
Expert knowledge of OneTrust or comparable privacy platforms; capable of technical config.
Deep understanding of VPPA and state privacy laws and data architecture.
Experience with data engineering, identity systems, and consent infrastructure at scale.
CIPT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate regulatory requirements into technical specs and acceptance criteria.
Own cross-brand privacy-by-design roadmap across platforms and data warehouses.
Partner with data engineering, ad tech, and product teams to embed privacy controls.
Drive consent management, cookie/SDK governance, and identity controls across devices.
Develop and manage privacy testing automation across engineering groups.
Configure and integrate OneTrust from a technical perspective.
Serve as technical liaison between Privacy/Legal and Engineering to remove ambiguity.
Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery timelines.
Review new features and data flows with the VP of Privacy to flag risks.
Define privacy requirements for streaming/adtech respecting VPPA/state laws.
