Eudia Counsel is seeking an experienced Privacy, Data Protection & Commercial Technology Attorney to join our AI-enabled legal services platform in the United States. You’ll focus on privacy, data protection, and technology-driven commercial agreements, including DPAs, SaaS licenses, and AI data terms.
In this high‑ownership role, you will negotiate complex contracts, advise on data flows and security provisions, and help scale our playbooks and workflows with product and engineering teams.

You will serve as an attorney within Eudia Counsel focused on privacy, data protection, and technology-driven commercial agreements, with particular emphasis on how personal data, sensitive data, and AI training data are collected, processed, shared, and protected across the contract lifecycle. You will support both day-to-day contracting and the development of scalable legal workflows.
Your work will include:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of technology agreements , including:
Advising on key legal and business issues, including:
Data use rights, ownership, and licensing structures
Data flows, integrations, and third-party processing arrangements
Security, breach, and incident response provisions
IP ownership and usage rights in technology contexts
AI/ML-related contractual terms, including:
Providing practical, business-oriented guidance on:
