Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academics.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC (or eligibility to waive).
• 1–3 years of substantive privacy, cybersecurity, or data protection experience.
• Experience advising on privacy compliance, data protection, regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on privacy compliance, data governance, and data protection requirements across industries.
• Assist with regulatory compliance involving U.S. and international privacy frameworks.
• Conduct privacy and cybersecurity due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Draft, review, and update privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• Support cybersecurity preparedness, incident response, investigations, and risk-management initiatives.
• Monitor developments and provide guidance on emerging privacy and cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas on regulatory, transactional, and advisory matters.
