Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate in New Orleans, LA. The role handles day-to-day case activities, fact investigations, and adversarial negotiations while building litigation strategies.

You will draft pleadings and conduct depositions, working with senior attorneys to manage complex matters. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of relevant litigation experience, a JD, and strong analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing client relationships.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act or other privacy-related statutes is a plus.
• Good standing in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day case activities and lead fact investigations.
• Research legal issues and develop litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, including answers, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel.
