Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Irvine seeks a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate to join its team, handling day-to-day case activities, investigations, and strategy development.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of relevant litigation experience, excellent credentials, strong research and drafting skills, and ability to manage client relationships. Federal clerkship and privacy statute experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with privacy statutes (e.g., FCRA) a plus.
• Good standing in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day case activities and lead fact investigations.
• Research legal issues and develop litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, including answers, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel.
