BCG Attorney Search in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in privacy, cyber, consumer-focused, or class action litigation, or federal court practice.

You will manage day-to-day case activities, research issues, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and negotiate with opposing counsel, with a strong emphasis on client relationships and delivering results.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of litigation experience.
• Prefer privacy, cyber, or class action litigation, or federal court litigation.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing client relationships.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act or privacy statutes is a plus.
• Good standing in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day case activities and lead fact investigations.
• Research legal issues and develop litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, including answers, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
