Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in privacy, cyber, or class action matters, and/or federal court litigation.

Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. Candidates should have a JD and bar admission, be adept at handling client relationships, and capable of managing multiple projects with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in privacy or cyber matters.
• Strong academic and professional credentials.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience with privacy statutes (e.g., FCRA) is a plus.
• Ability to manage smaller projects with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day case activities and lead investigations.
• Research issues and develop litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings including answers, motions to dismiss, and summary judgment.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel.
