The role involves managing day-to-day case activities, researching issues, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and negotiating with opposing counsel. JD and licensure in the resident state are required; federal clerkship preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing client relationships.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act or privacy statutes is a plus.
• Good standing in the state of residence.

Responsibilities
