Apple, Inc. is seeking a Privacy Counsel to advise on privacy topics across Apple's products and services and work with legal, engineering and business teams.

This role sits on the Privacy Legal team, focusing on Siri and AI efforts, helping guide product counseling and regulatory compliance across the company. Ideal candidates have JD and at least 4 years of privacy experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal issues in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Knowledge of comprehensive privacy laws, and regulatory and other guidance and standards.
• Deep understanding of US state and federal privacy laws.
• Ability to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications.
• Experience quickly issue-spotting, analyzing, and clearly communicating privacy advice on complex legal issues.
• 4+ years of privacy experience as an associate at a premier law firm or business.
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide privacy advice for Apple's products and services.
• Collaborate with legal, engineering and business teams on privacy issues.
• Support and monitor privacy program to ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external investigations and compliance reviews.
• Stay informed of changes in privacy laws and communicate developments.
