Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a Privacy Associate Attorney for its Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection Practice Group in Washington, DC.

Ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, DC bar, 1-3 years privacy experience, and strong drafting and analytical skills.

You will advise on privacy compliance, due diligence, and policies with growth opportunities in a nationally recognized team.

Formación

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC (or eligibility to waive into the D.C. Bar).
• 1-3 years of privacy, cybersecurity, or data protection experience.
• Experience advising clients on privacy compliance, data protection, and regulatory matters.
• Familiarity with U.S. privacy laws and regulations, including state frameworks and federal requirements.
• Exposure to international privacy and cross-border compliance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on privacy compliance and data protection across industries.
• Assist with regulatory compliance involving U.S. and international privacy frameworks.
• Conduct privacy and cybersecurity due diligence in transactions.
• Draft and update privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• Support cybersecurity readiness, incident response, investigations, and risk management.
• Monitor developments and advise on emerging privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas on complex regulatory matters.
