Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare seeks an experienced Corporate Compliance Officer to guide the HIPAA privacy program and oversee the enterprise-wide compliance framework. This role directs policy, training, and investigations to protect PHI and PI across TMH and affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Three years of health care compliance and privacy experience required.
• CHC and/or CHPC credentials within one year post-hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the CCO to develop and direct a comprehensive corporate compliance program.
• Oversees HIPAA privacy and security matters and regulatory risk monitoring.
• Leads policy development, training, investigations, and internal audits as designated.
