Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business administration, healthcare administration, or a closely related field.
• Three (3) years of health care compliance and privacy work experience.
• Certified in HealthCare Compliance (CHC) and/or Certified in Health Care Privacy Compliance (CHPC) credential(s) from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) within one (1) year post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the CCO to develop, implement, and direct a comprehensive corporate compliance program.
• Oversees and addresses potential compliance and HIPAA privacy and security matters.
• Collaborates with the CCO and management to monitor regulatory risks and compliance programs.
• Provides leadership over the HIPAA compliance program and participates in committees and trainings.
