Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft software; SharePoint experience preferred.
• Incumbent must maintain complete confidentiality of information.
• Ability to conduct research and audit functions necessary.
• Ability to work extended hours with some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits, reviews, evaluations and special reviews per risk assessment.
• Research applicable laws/regulations and ensure Code of Conduct compliance.
• Advise Compliance Management on changes and new regulations.
• Advise personnel on compliance related to products, services, laws.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit on privacy audits and controls.
• Conduct privacy investigations and report findings to management.
• Assist with training on Information Governance & Privacy program.
