Qualifications

• J.D. with active bar membership required.
• 2–5 years of privacy, data security, or information law experience.
• Knowledge of CCPA, HIPAA, and related regulations.
• Certified privacy credentials: CIPP, CIPT or CIPM (preferred).
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of privacy, data protection, and information governance matters.
• Navigate U.S. and global privacy regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft and negotiate data-use, processing, transfer, and security agreements.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance for emerging technologies.
• Lead clients through incident response and breach notification considerations.
