• Manage cybersecurity incidents, including breach response and regulatory engagement.
• Support time‑sensitive incident response matters, requiring availability outside regular hours.
• Engage in data governance, vendor risk, and regulatory risk assessments.
• Conduct privacy and cybersecurity due diligence for transactions.
• Counsel clients in regulatory investigations and interactions with law enforcement.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of data privacy and cybersecurity experience.
