Job summary

Aptean is seeking an Associate Legal Operations Specialist-Compliance to support Privacy Operations and AI Governance within the Legal Department. The role focuses on executing compliance processes, training lifecycle management, and global coordination across stakeholders.

You will handle privacy automation, DSR triage, DPAs, policy management, and training content lifecycle, while supporting AI roadmap execution and enterprise-wide governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in compliance, legal operations, privacy or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and willingness to learn AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage OneTrust privacy automation platform.
• Triage and manage Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and privacy assessments.
• Coordinate DPAs including sub-processor management.
• Maintain policy version control and distribution.
• Support privacy attorneys on routine processes.
• Track AI Governance milestones and coordinate tasks.
• Maintain AI System register and support ARC rollout.
• Coordinate AI Governance Committee meetings and policy versions.
• Facilitate internal communications on AI Compliance programs.
