Qualifications

• Four+ years of applicable experience with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate raw material levels and review production needs.
• Review financial statements and develop cost estimates and pricing.
• Plan, design, and market products to ensure profitable operations.
• Provide technical guidance on cost, materials, quality standards, and production capabilities.
• Prepare production schedules and ensure staffing aligns with demand.
• Inspect work-in-progress and finished goods for conformance to schedules and quality.
