Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, labor relations, or related field.

• Experience leading and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program operations to fulfill priority hire and apprenticeship mandates.
• Supervise a small team for performance tracking, reporting, and communications.
• Advise on administrative operations and strategic planning.
• Develop relationships with county staff, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead outreach and education about the program.
