CVS Health is seeking a Technician I, Prior Authorizations in Kentucky to provide professional phone assistance for prior authorization processes. You will document reviews accurately and route clinical questions to pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from providers, pharmacies and members for prior authorizations.
• Maintain complete, timely and accurate documentation of reviews; escalate to pharmacists as needed.
• Assist with outbound calls and processing Prior Auths via fax/ePA and respond to inquiries.
