Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, and members with prior authorization support.
• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of reviews.
• Transfer clinical questions to the pharmacist team.
• Assist with outbound calls and processing Prior Auths via fax/ePA; monitor inquiries.
