Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, members and others with professional service.
• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of reviews.
• Transfer clinical questions and judgments to the pharmacist team.
• Assist with outbound calls and processing Prior Authorizations via fax and ePA.
