Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician to remotely manage prior authorizations and provider inquiries. This full-time role combines pharmacy expertise with customer service in a call center setting, supporting PBM services.

Summary

As a Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician – Remote, you will support our pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services by managing incoming provider inquiries, processing prior authorizations, and ensuring accurate and timely communication. Your role combines pharmacy expertise with exceptional customer service in a call center environment.

The pay range for this position is $38,400.00 - $54,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
