Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with California State Board approved Pharmacy Technician training, certification, or degree.
• 3 years of pharmacy related experience.
• Understanding of internal procedures and policies.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.

• Resolve outpatient pharmacy benefit coverage inquiries and prescription claim problems.

• Support Supervisor and Pharmacy Services Operations in day-to-day tasks.
