Responsibilities

• Operate printers, terminals, and computers to generate reports and documents.
• Drop CVS store orders, create new store setups, and manage batch printing.
• Balance the daily Operations Plan between RX and Front Store.
• Sort and distribute all printed documents to supervisors, offices, and mailboxes.
• Troubleshoot interruptions in billing processes with Management, EXE, and Data Support teams.
• Maintain on-site inventories and send weekly inventory reports.
• Process rush orders and respond to corporate requests with coordination across departments.
• Process new hire and separation documents and RX re-bills.
