The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and can read production schedules and follow written instructions. Candidates should be able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in printing, manufacturing, or a production technician role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and production schedules.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Location: South Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (First Shift)

Pay Rate: $18 – $20 per hour (based on experience)
