Best Promtions is a Texas-based subsidiary of HPG. The Machine Operator will work in our production department printing orders for our customers. No sublimation experience is required. This role emphasizes quality control, efficiency, and timely delivery in a fast-paced printing environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years manufacturing/printing or equivalent experience.
• Great customer service; both internal and external.
• Can develop a color-accurate eye for registration and quality.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily production orders as per schedules and on time.
• Review quality of prints and finished product throughout entire job run
• Reports issue/delays to supervisor immediately
• See that production equipment is regular and properly maintained
• Identify & suggest new production efficiencies to supervisor
• Ensure adequate supplies (raw materials, necessary parts) are stocked to prevent delays
• Actively prevents problems by being observant and creative
