Elite Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Printing Coordinator in Raleigh, NC. The role supports shift leadership by coordinating production activities, inventory accuracy, and schedule communication in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will handle end-of-shift production activities, ensure inventories and transactions are accurate, assist with crewing, and participate in monthly food safety audits. The position offers 12-hour rotating shifts, with 7 days off each month, and pays $22/hour.

Formación

• Requires intermediate understanding of manufacturing operation principles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational/time-management skills.
• Must be dependable with attendance, safety and performance records.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Supports shift leadership by coordinating production activities and daily execution.
• Ensures inventories and transactions (Work In Process, ink, printing supplies, etc.) are accurate.
• Assist with crewing schedule and communication.
• Perform operational duties as needed to meet deadlines and cover staff absences.
• Participate in monthly food safety internal audits.
