Job summary

Novolex in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Printing Coordinator to lead printing production with a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am) and 7 consecutive days off each month. The role reports to the shift supervisor and focuses on safety, quality, and production objectives while delivering cost-effective, on-time results.

Responsibilities include ensuring SQF compliance, coordinating materials and schedules, and developing team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in flexographic printing preferred.
• Leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing operation principles (productivity, quality assurance, financial responsibilities) is required.

Responsibilities

• Report to the shift Supervisor and communicate essential information to the team.
• Oversee end-of-shift production activities (Insight, SAP, Waste Tracking, Production Logs).
• Support OPX 360 compliance (Tier 0, Tier 1, SQDC Board, 5S).
• Ensure correct roll stock, plates, tooling, and dockets are ready to run to minimize interruptions.
• Assist with crewing schedules and resource planning.
• Ensure quality checks and timely dispatch of products.
