Dallas-based printing operation is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm). The role involves setting up and operating folders, inserters, and printing presses to produce printed, folded, and mailed materials.

Qualifying candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 1–3+ years in manufacturing or print environments, and the ability to read work orders and input production data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate folders, inserters, and printing presses according to work orders.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to prevent breakdowns.
• Load paper stock, ink, and materials into machines.
• Coordinate workflow with bindery teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety protocols.
