Digital Room in Arlington, TX is hiring a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday). The role involves operating large format printing machinery, loading materials, and ensuring quality and timely production. Prior manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and with team members
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in quality work
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately

Responsibilities

• Pack and seal printing products in the assigned boxes according to size and quantity.
• Operate and learn large format/wide format machinery for printing, cutting, fabrication, packing, and shipping.
• Load materials and products into processing equipment.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Read shipping labels and ensure correct quantity/product.
• Check orders on computers using the company’s database.
• Communicate with management to ensure duties are completed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area with stocked supplies.
• Report workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Maintain efficiency while meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills grow and business needs require
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
• Communicate equipment and material problems with management promptly.
• Perform scheduled color and image quality tests and notify manager of issues.
