Job summary

Mittera Group Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead press operations and drive efficiency and quality in a fast-paced production environment. You will mentor press crews, coordinate with prepress and postpress teams, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.

You will monitor press performance, manage staffing, maintain production records, and communicate with internal and external customers to meet delivery schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years press operator experience.
• 1–3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of press operations and functions.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Observe press operations and verify conformance to specifications.
• Authorize quality after proofs checked for ink coverage, density, alignment.
• Communicate with internal and external customers on production needs.
• Coordinate staffing to meet quality and production requirements.
• Maintain records: daily production, maintenance requests, and reports.
• Assist operators with Preventative Maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
