Job summary

MCC in Ohio (Batavia Township) is hiring Machine Operators and Printing Press Assistants to join our production team. Experience is not required, but preferred for certain tasks, and training will be provided.

You will monitor print quality, splice rolls, record data in Globetek, and support continuous production improvements. We offer competitive hourly pay with shift premium and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and conversions.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications.
• Ability to count labels and perform unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Check print and seam quality.
• Remove defective material and splice roll web.
• Use ruler, safety knife, and hole punch as needed.
• Handle rolls and palletize with care.
• Record data in paperwork and in Globetek.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties.
