Vivid Impact is a leader in print and marketing solutions with a 50-year history. The Printing Press Press Operator will set up and operate Heidelberg and/or Komori presses to produce high-quality printed products, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to customer specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating Heidelberg, Komori, KBA (Koenig & Bauer), or Man Roland printing presses.
• Strong understanding of press operation and setup.
• Good color recognition and matching ability.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read job tickets and production specifications.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Heidelberg and/or Komori printing presses.
• Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform roller changes and routine press maintenance.
• Accurately log production data and complete required documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
