Staffmark Group is hiring a Machine Operator in Rogers, AR to run flexographic presses and help maintain product quality in a fast-paced environment. You will load materials, change inks, and set up machines according to specifications while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or press-operation preferred.
• Ability to read and understand product specifications.
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses.
• Load and unload production materials and build orders.
• Change inks and configure presses for formulations.
• Install and remove press components and perform quality checks.
• Complete production reports and assist others as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor maintenance.
• Follow safety, quality, EH&S procedures.
