The position offers $24.00 per hour with a $2.00 per hour second-shift differential, a four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, and opportunities to grow within a established manufacturing team focused on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating punch or stamping presses or similar equipment.
• Ability to complete machine changeovers for production runs.
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings to meet specs.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and precision measurement tools.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate punch and stamping presses for production runs.

Requirements

• Previous experience setting up and operating punch presses, stamping presses, or similar manufacturing equipment
• Experience completing machine setups for production runs
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Experience with tool, die, and mold setup preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Commitment to following all workplace safety procedures
