Deluxe Corporation in New Jersey is hiring for a press operator to run sheet fed, digital presses, and bindery equipment. You will follow standard operating procedures, work in a team to meet daily production goals, and perform basic setups and changeovers as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HS/GED with 1 year printing experience with similar equipment.
• Familiar with product, equipment, printing process, and ink usage.
• Mechanical ability to operate and maintain press.
• Basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Run sheet fed, digital presses, bindery equipment and other processing equipment to produce orders.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and meet daily goals.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Understand press controls and adjust ink/water balance and color matching.
