Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking an experienced press operator in Townsend, MA to operate and adjust multi-color sheet-fed and high-speed presses. The role requires precise setup, stock loading, ink and water balance adjustments, and reliable color matching to meet customer specifications.

The position offers full-time hours Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm ET with a $2,000 retention bonus. Relevant manufacturing/printing experience and basic math/computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years manufacturing/printing experience.
• Basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a complete effective set-up of press including loading stock, aligning, and mounting plates.
• Ensure ink density, color matching, and register meet job requirements and customer expectations.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
