The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, two years of industrial experience, and mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and optimize job setups. This on-site role emphasizes safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and ability to read production specifications.
• Minimum of two years industrial experience; ink handling preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude for set-up, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the printing press and follow work orders for grade, color, width, and length.
• Perform start-up and shut-down procedures and routine maintenance.
• Conduct first piece inspections and ensure product quality.
• Record production data accurately in the shop floor system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
