Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Press Operator for a West Columbia, SC company. You will set up and run large printing machinery to apply text/images on materials, or shape and cut parts for manufacturing. Position is temporary to hire with weekly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include machine setup, quality control, monitoring, maintenance, and ensuring safety. Requires 1–3 years experience, ability to stand long shifts, and basic troubleshooting of press controls.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail: spotting errors, misalignments, and machine flaws.
• Understanding of digital or mechanical press controls and basic troubleshooting.
• Measurement skills: using rulers and math accurately to align and size print jobs.
