TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Press Operator for day and night shifts in Elk Grove Village to support press operations, maintain workflow and print quality, and operate printing equipment safely. You will assist with setups, feed materials, run cylinder presses, monitor quality, and help with maintenance while following GMPs and company procedures.

• Prior press operator experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Strong communication and focus throughout shift.

Aufgaben

• Assist Press Operators to maintain workflow and print quality on assigned press runs.
• Bring materials for press setups to press sites.
• Clean presses during job changes.
• Perform setup, operation, and feeding of cylinder-type printing presses to produce a variety of products.
• Operate printing press equipment according to company procedures.
• Direct Press Helpers according to procedures.
• Set up jobs with assistance and monitor print quality while the press is running.
• Maintain safety and quality during setup and production.
• Communicate job status with the opposite shift operator during changes.
• Check first-piece conformance to specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and areas.
• Follow sanitation and GMP procedures.
