Job Summary & Requirements

Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Press Operators to join our team. The Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining various types of presses to produce high‑quality products efficiently. Join our team and be part of a dynamic work environment where your skills are valued and developed.

Hours: Opportunities for both 1st and 2nd shift. Hours for 1st shift are 6:00am - 4:10pm and for 2nd shift 3:50pm - 2:00amMonday thru Thursday and Fridays as scheduled to meet production requirements. A 10% shift differential is offered for 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance on presses
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make adjustments as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Regularly work around moving machinery and heavy equipment
• Frequently required to push/pull
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Regularly use vision abilities including close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
