Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking a motivated, entry-level candidate for a 2nd shift printing press support role. You will work with the press operator, load paper, monitor fountain solution, and help keep production moving in a safe, clean factory environment.

No prior bindery experience is required—we provide training. You should be reliable, mechanically inclined, able to read simple instructions and measurements, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Overtime opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude; comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Pride in producing quality work; reliable and teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist the press operator with the printing process.
• Load paper and monitor fountain solution (pH and conductivity).
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
