Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking a hands-on team member to assist on the printing press during the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11 PM. You’ll work alongside the Press Operator to keep production moving and learn to load paper, monitor fountain solution, and inspect outputs.

The role emphasizes quality, reliability, and safety in a factory environment. No bindery experience is required as training will be provided, and overtime potential may arise with increased demand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read measurements and job instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating the printing press with the operator.
• Ensure paper is loaded and fountain solution parameters monitored.
