Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking a 2nd shift press support operator to help run high-speed printing equipment and inspect finished products for quality. This role works Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11 PM with potential overtime.

We provide hands-on training in a factory setting. You should be mechanically inclined, reliable, and able to read job instructions and measurements. Safety and teamwork are emphasized on this shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Read and interpret basic job instructions and measurements.
• Take pride in delivering quality work.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist the press operator in running the printing press.
• Load paper and monitor fountain solution pH and conductivity.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
